I think I may open a can of worms here.

But, here goes… Let me share with you what I believe to be the ultimate SEO strategy. If you put this method to work, it has the very real potential to…

• …And, help you make a fortune online.

So, Lets Get Started…

First off, this is in no way an all inclusive tutorial nor is it meant to be anything like that. Its simply a peek inside of a real place that does exist and is waiting for you if you choose to go there.

If you’re NOT ready for something like this, don’t sweat it. We’re all at different stages in our lives and sometimes its a matter of timing.

For those who would take the plunge and head down this road, it could stand to be a life changing experience. It will require a significant commitment and effort on your part, cost money to setup and some real thought to make work.

Achieving the Mindset of Success

Real riches are made through believing in yourself, being dedicated and doing whatever it takes, consistently, day after day.

Its not difficult. Anyone can do it. We are each born to do it.

The very act of conception is a result of overcoming what seem to be insurmountable odds and every single one of us are here as a direct result of the miracle of overcoming these very odds.

It’s not until after we are born that we are later taught to fail.

But that mentality is learned and it can be unlearned.

Succeeding at anything just requires the right mindset followed by positive actions leading toward a goal and you reach that goal through an unstoppable persistence.

I know it may sound over simplified but really, its not.

Work on your mindset every single day. Read, listen and watch people that inspire you. That is the most important thing of all.

Keep your mind healthy and everything else will fall into place. Most of us struggle to keep our minds healthy. We live in environments that aren’t condusive to good health. We don’t exercise. We don’t live inspired lives. We don’t explore enough. We aren’t adventurous enough. We don’t give ourselves all the things we need to flourish spiritually or emotionally or physically.

Don’t get me wrong.

I’m not saying making a fortune online is all about self-help and all that sort of thing. But, the #1 problem we all struggle with and the biggest road block we all have to success is our inablity to remain healthy, balanced, focused and targeted on our goals.

So, unless you can first deal with those issues, you can never play the game at full capacity and if you can’t play at full capacity you simply aren’t going to be able to attain the success that you’re truly capable of.

You may have some limited success or even huge success. But, whatever you acheive will dwarf in comparison to your true capabilities until you find your own balance and health in your own life.

But, eventually, once you’ve gotten yourself on track spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally, you have to start kicking some ass.

That said, this is one of the most concrete, real money making approaches you may ever hear of, if done right.

So, lets dive right in…

Build many blogs with quality content.

They should all be used to pick up low hanging fruit in Google, but…

These sites have two main functions.

The question is, how do we use our network of sites to do all that?

The Answer

…by dripping back links from your network to your main money site. If you want to dominate Google, back links are the answer. And, when done in a controlled way through your network, you will increase the rankings of your money pages like you’ve never imagined.

I’ll explain.

PR Funneling From your Network to your Key Offers

Lets say you have 500 WPC/EZE blogs on various different IP addresses and servers.

And, lets imagine you have 10 money sites, each targeting one of 10 categories/niches. Each niche has 50 blogs dedicated to it and 10’s if not 100’s of thousands of pages indexed in Google

Now, lets imagine that one of your money sites is a Camera site.

You learn that in 2 weeks, Canon will release a new high-dollar pro-grade digital camera that is expected to be the next big thing to budding professional photographers and serious hobbyists.

The opportunity is in your face. There is some serious money to be made here FAST so, you write a review of that camera on your main camera site.

You soon discover that in mere days your site is already ranked on page 5 in Google (your site has quite a bit of PR and SE influence already due to all the hard work you’ve put into it in the past).

But, now you only have a week to get #1 rankings before the product is officially launched to the public for consumption.

Time to Orchestrate your own SERP Explosion

Now its time to flip on the nitrous and blast your way to the top page!

Of course, you have about 50 auto blogs and EZE sites, etc targeting camera gear, photography and related terms, all to support your main camera site.

So, all that is left is shifting some PR juice to your review page from these worker blogs. This is very likely to drive the ranking up to the top page for the new Canon Camera you’re promoting.

Every day you create new pages related to the new landing page, including product name, product codes, model numbers, etc, lots of new blog content.

You are also dripping more and more back links to your reviews page steadily every day. You aggressively take the #1 spot doing whatever is necessary to get the job done!

That’s it!

You’re now using your network to its fullest potential and getting maximum benefit and it will start leading to some big pay days, FAST!

My Server Limits me to 2 MB File Uploads. How Can I Upload a Larger File?

The Problem:

Lets imagine you have a 27 Mb database file to upload to your server, such as you might using WP Rewriter in the event that you find yourself uploading a large thesaurus to your server for rewriting your auto-posts.

This large file size would most likely exceed your server settings limitations. If you have a VPS or Dedicated server you can edit your php.ini file, usually located at:

/usr/local/lib/php.ini

and change line:

upload_max_filesize

…from 2MB to something much larger (ie., 100MB)

You may also have success editing your .htaccess file in your hosting account’s public_html directory by adding the following lines:

php_value upload_max_filesize 100M
php_value post_max_size 100M

The downside to this solution is that it would be necessary to duplicate these same steps for every hosting account individually that you want to use WP Rewriter on.

Alternatively, by editing  your php.ini once, that change would be a server wide fix that would cover all sites on your server.

I am Setting up WP Rewriter But Can’t Figure All The File Size Mumbo Jumbo Server Stuff. What Can I Do?

If you don’t have access to your php.ini file or htaccess or just can’t figure it out , there are other thesaurus you can use that are smaller in size but, don’t think of this as a limitation…

If you email me, I can provide you with a handmade thesaurus that will be a great starting place for you. Or, you can find a smaller thesaurus that is 2MB in size or less.

Its up to you to use whichever approach you like best. Larger is not better. Its about quality.

In the past I have mentioned that its all about the quality of your thesaurus database. By quality, I mean, its rarely ideal to swap the word “fast” with “allegreto” even though many thesaurus’ would include that as a synonym.

That means if you want a “higher quality” database in the sense that I’m referring to, you may want to consider deleting words from your database that don’t sound as good in your posts.

But, That’s a LOT of Work!

That’s why some people prefer to start with a small handmade database and work their way up by adding common words to their database.

This typically results in very good results, ie., all swapped words sound quite good in the final post. Others figure as long as they’re cloaking traffic anyway, who really cares about quality? Just swap words out like mad!

Its up to you to decide which school of thought you fall under.

Using a Handmade Approach…

If you do use the handmade approach, I would consider adding several hundred common words and keep in mind that you can add MORE than one word variation per line.

As a last resort, using just a portion of a large thesaurus database (all A’s, for example — but, any random section will do).

The key to successfully rewriting blog posts using WP Rewriter is to rewrite a portion of the content, not ALL of it.

If you have a large database with WP Rewriter settings set to replace 100%, you’d essentially be rewriting all of your text which would likely result in poor quality or largely unreadable posts.

In that case, it may be a better idea to scale rewriter settings back until the rewritten posts still sound pretty good yet the overall article is no longer duplicate.

With a huge database, that might mean rewriting 1% of the post. With a small, handmade database that might mean rewriting 100% of the post.

What database you use is up to you. One thing you can rely on though is that WP Rewriter will do its job by taking any database (based on your server settings) and follow your instructions for rewriting posts.

In the end, you will get outstanding results that will likely loosely parallel the quality of effort you put into customizing your thesaurus database.

What About a Shared Custom Thesaurus For All WP Rewriter Users?

While this would be easy enough to do, I’m more concerned about the wrong people getting their hands on our shared database and implementing counter measures to prevent us from gaining an advantage in the Search Engines. This would create a pretty large footprint.

For now, I think it is better for each person to customize their own database or just use a larger database and take advantage of the random functioning builit-in to WP Rewriter to get unique results each time by setting your custom rewrite frequency to 1% or 3% or whatever you like.

Either of these solutions will work well.

Search Engine IP Updates

“I read something about having to keep my spider ips updated. How long will my spiders be updated for from when i purchased the product.”

ANSWER:

Instead of being lazy here, find niche blogs and forums that have great content that is very focused to your niche. EVERY niche worth marketing has at least a handful of popular blogs and forums to pull feeds from.

Setup some great feeds, get quality content and you will do awesome.

DO NOT cut corners setting up your auto blog. All you have to do is a little work now and it will pay off down the line.

So, do your level best!

An Even EASIER WAY

But, there are better ways, more automated that don’t require much work. ONE of those would be to use some of the great WordPress SEO plugins you can find for free out there.

One I like a lot is the Onlywire plugin. You simply setup a free account with Onlywire and create your accounts with the various sites that it submits your blog posts to for you.

Note: Takes about 30-45 minutes of work but well worth it!

Once you’ve finished the account creation process, the Onlywire plugin automatically submits each post (or a percentage of your posts, so you don’t over do it) to lots of different social and web 2.0 sites.

Keep in mind that each of these are high PR sites and by submitting your posts to them, you are creating some nice, quality backlinks to your blog posts.

FAQ: What are the Advantages of Wordpress Cloaker if I Only Intend to Target a Single Keyword?

If I already have an SEOd blog targetted to ONE keyword which i want to target, couldn’t I just direct link (from the keyword level in google) to a ‘pretty’ landing page?

I agree that if i wanted to target more than one keyword from the same site and if i needed autoblogging, WP Cloaker would be an excellent tool, but for MY situation described above, is there any advantage or reason I should use WP Cloaker over simple direct linking?”

ANSWER:

Depends what you’re going for, of course…

But, with Wordpress Cloaker you can have your entire blog targeting 1 or 100 or 1000 keywords. Each page is visible to the search engines so you end up with tons of pages indexed in Google. But, you can cloak real visitors to any site of your choice. Its a seamless, instantaneous redirect or masked redirect so the visitor is unaware that they’re being served content from a different domain/page.

In effect, you have lots of pages ranking but total control on where the visitor is being sent.

Your situation may be unique and different and its possible you don’t need or want the functionality. Again, just depends on what you’re trying to accomplish.

But, food for thought; why NOT have auto-blogs targeting many top keywords for your niche all built on auto-pilot?

I mean, if I target 600 keywords and create hundreds or thousands of pages on my blog built over time, I’m always going to outperform a blog targeting a single keyword with much fewer pages.

I would suggest using your main 5-10 keywords to theme your site after and then use all the related long tails you can to:

1) Increase relevancy of your main keywords by targeting related terms. This will actually increase the rankings for your main keywords by helping strengthen the ‘theme’ of your site.

2) Increase rankings of your main keywords by building a larger number of internal links (hundreds or thousands of pages all linking back to the homepage where you should be targeting your main keyword).

The increase in internal linking will give a boost to your PR which will also increase your keyword ranking for that keyword.

3) Take advantage of the SEO features of WP plugins (like web 2.0 site submissions + social bookmarking, pinging, etc) coupled with WP Cloaker content generation techniques. This will greatly increase number of inbound links to your blog and give you much great PR juice to:

a) increase your site’s PR thereby increasing your keyword rankings and,

b) earn yourself lots of PR juice you can then distribute anywhere you want, ie., to other blogs/sites you may own, etc.

One of the major benefits of auto-blogging is the backlink juice and PR power you generate by owning so much web real estate + the inbound links you get to all those pages. Being in total control over that PR juice is rare, powerful and very valuable. With social sites and web 2.0 type sites, they control the links, you just pray they give you what your ask for. But, with your own network, you control it all forever and send as many links anywhere you want whenever you want – total control.

Not saying you should do anything unless you want to 100% but, personally, its a no-brainer for me. And, yes I’m the developer of WPC but long before I created this tool I was doing all the same things because it works.

On the other hand, if you’re talking strictly about getting a visitor from ‘Site A’ to ‘Site B’ and using WordPress Cloaker as a tool for only that functionality, yes, it would be the “best” way to do it (safest, easiest) but it would be horrible overkill, IMO.

Plus, if you have a site that is highly ranked already for a keyword that generates traffic and/or income, I would shy away from cloaking on that domain just to avoid any unnecessary risk of losing your rankings if something were to go wrong.

WPC is intended more for auto-blogging, not necessarily on NEW domains but, on new SITES. That is, aged domains are great for cloaking and using a blog that is just sitting there doing nothing and if you wouldn’t cry if something happened to it – but, again, not intended as an extension of a site that is already profitable and performing well without it.

Its also important to understand the full benefits of cloaker to your PPC campaigns. You might but, I’m not sure…

For example, when you say “direct link” from Google to a pretty landing page…”, yes, you can do that but:

1) you don’t get the value of having Google look at your highly optimized, SEO’d blog content and seeing THAT page as the landing page and then

2) safely redirecting human visitors to your pretty page.

So, in that respect, Cloaker would give you the added benefit of increased Quality Score.

Setup Cron on Godaddy

1. Godaddy Hosting Homepage

2. At Cron Manager Page: Click “Create Cron Job” button

3. Fill out the form: Godaddy provides a Browse button to select the file (pretty easier). The cron command will be constructed automatically.

4. Browse Window: Just browse to your WP installation directory and select the index.php file.

5. After file selection, fill in other fields.

6. Done.

Note: Don’t forget to edit email address for cron report.

Problems with WP Feeder and WP Scraper on HostGator and Godaddy

There are a small number of hosting solutions that seem to be wreaking havoc on both WP Scraper and WP Feeder plugins. We’ve been looking into this and making some progress lately.

I believe we should have something worked out by the end of this week but it is too early to tell. Needless to say, we have setup test sites on both hosts and are troubleshooting.

On that note, it is also important to note that only about 3-5% of hosts are showing any signs of problems, so this is not a major concern for most people. But, for those few who are having problems, we are looking for a solution.

Along with scraping problems on these hosts, there may also be other issues as well, such as cron support for our plugins. I will make a post about each hosting providers cron requirements, which should help a lot.

WordPress Cloaker Webinar with PPC Coach

The webinar with PPC Coach was a lot of fun last night!

Will, the owner of PPC Coach was a great host and a real whiz at PPC related topics. I did a short 1-on-1 Coaching session with him last week and think I learned more about PPC in 15 minutes than I’d learned reading all the ebooks and watching numerous PPC related videos over the years.

The Webinar was basically about 1 hour or me doing a presentation on WordPress Cloaker and about an hour of questions from PPC Coach members who attended the event.

The entire thing ran about 2 HRS in all and a mass of people showed up.

For now, the webinar can be downloaded by any PPC Coach members at Will’s site. I’ll see if I can get a copy of the webinar for my own users but, if not, we may have to do a webinar ourselves so you can all join in…
