END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the author (MindTie LTD, aka WordPressCloaker.com) of the software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (”SOFTWARE PRODUCT”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
All versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
The sole property belongs to WordPressCloaker.com. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be duplicated, sold, distributed or utilized in any manner not described herein without the prior written consent of WordPressCloaker.com.
GRANT OF LICENSE
This EULA grants you the following rights:
5-Domain LICENSE allows you to install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on up to 5 domains so long as the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is used only by employees under the same corporate jurisdiction. License is non-transferable.
10-Domain LICENSE allows you to install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on up to 10 domains so long as the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is used only by employees under the same corporate jurisdiction. License is non-transferable.
UNLIMITED LICENSE allows you to install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on any number of domains so long as the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is used only by employees under the same corporate jurisdiction. License is non-transferable.
BONUS PLUGINS - ALL bonus plugins or individually purchased plugins fall under the same limitations as the main licensed product. If you purchase WordPress Cloaker and are given bonus plugins, these bonus plugins are also protected under the same license restrictions as The SOFTWARE PRODUCT that was purchased. License is non-transferable.
IP UPDATE SERVICES - You may NOT share or give away our IP list to others. Our IP lists are to be used directly in conjunction with Wordpress Cloaker as they were intended and may NOT be used in any other way or in connection with any other software, for private use OR for commercial use. You may not resell our lists without written permission. You may NOT recompile our lists or combine our IP lists with other lists to make your own lists for personal or commercial use.
DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, Disassembly and Change (addition, deletion or modification) of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or its resources.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
Separation of Components
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
Software Transfer
You may NOT transfer your rights under this EULA without written permission from WordPressCloaker.com.
Termination
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music and text incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT and the accompanying files are sold “as is” and without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be put, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered EXCEPT WHAT IS OUTLINED BELOW.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase of WordPress Cloaker, you may request a full refund. Refund request must be submitted within 30-days to be eligible. The guarantee is ONLY applicable to the WordPress Cloaker plugin itself. There are NO refunds available for monthly and Lifetime IP Update purchases.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase price. Any use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT which is illegal under international or local law is forbidden by this license. Any such action is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action.
By using this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you are agreeing to the terms of this license. From time to time this software license agreement may be updated and any changes posted at this web address.
The most recently updated version of this license voids all past versions and the newly posted version will take effect. You agree to check back at this address for updates.
